The company, now in its third generation, is currently run by the siblings Ezio, an enologist, and Mary, a graduate in pharmacy, but converted to the family business. In 2003, the two siblings took on the ambitious project of bringing Timorasso back to Val Borbera, making it the mainstay of the company’s production today.
Here, thanks to the higher altitude and the particular microclimate, the Timorasso takes on new characteristics, showing the exceptional versatility of this vine that never ceases to amaze.
